Our bread
Making bread, the good one as it used to be, is not easy. Water, flour, yeast, a little salt, knowledge, patience and above all a lot of love for simple and carefully made things. Our story begins in 1946 when Grandfather Giovanni, Giuliano's father and Fabio's grandfather opened the first bakery. For generations, ours has been a family story, like our bread. An ancient knowledge of using stone-ground flours, manual bread making, sourdough for leavening and a wood-fired oven for baking.

The Butcher Marin was founded in 1960 by Grandfather Bepi Profeta as a farm and breeding. Now managed by grandchildren Matteo and Giulio, it guarantees an assortment of more than 30 specialties of our territory prepared by hand. Specialties that you can only find at Panini e Vini da Babbo
